What I automate

  • Supplier invoices

    They arrive by email or as PDFs. Supplier, date, net amount, VAT and total are read, checked against the order or delivery note and made ready for bookkeeping or your accountant.

  • Delivery notes

    Scanned, photographed or PDF. Goods received are recorded and you are warned when the quantity or price doesn't match what was ordered.

  • Customer orders

    Orders that arrive in the body of an email or as an attached spreadsheet go into the ERP with their references, quantities and delivery dates, without retyping them.

I work with the ERP and spreadsheets you already use. No need to change software.

Prices exclude VAT and are fixed before we start.

  1. Assessment

    €900 2-3 days

    We look at how documents come in today, how many there are and how much time they take. You get which workflow to automate first, what it saves and what it costs. If you go ahead with the automation within 30 days, the fee is deducted.

  2. Automating one workflow

    From €1,800

    I build the chosen workflow (for example, supplier invoices into the ERP), test it with your real documents and tune it until your team only reviews the doubtful ones.

  3. Maintenance

    From €150/month

    I keep it running, adapt it when a supplier or format changes and fix any issues.

Frequently asked questions

What if the AI misreads a document?

Every field is checked: if the total doesn't match the sum, the order or the delivery note, the row is flagged "Check" and isn't recorded automatically. Your team reviews those exceptions, not everything.

Do I need to change my ERP or software?

No. I adapt to what you already use. If your ERP can't import data, we'll look at the options in the assessment.

Where are my documents processed?

We decide together in the assessment, based on the type of data and your company's requirements. I'll explain in writing which service processes each document and who has access.

Why isn't the assessment free?

Because it is real work: you get figures about your process and a plan you can use even if you don't continue with me. If you go ahead within 30 days, it's deducted.

Do you work outside Castellón?

Yes, remotely. Within the province of Castellón I can visit your company when needed.
